I don't know if you guys are ridiculing his Bugatti quad turbo statement or the other stuff (and I imagine it's the other stuff) -- because Bugatti does (did) have a quad turbo car... they were KKK K03 or K04s though; tiny little turbos the size of your fist (K03) ... with the K04 not being much bigger.
And yes, this was on a W16 engine.

I think the bugatti system was defended based on it's exhaust port configuration (basically 4 banks each feeding one turbo, or so it was assumed).  What doesn't make sence is a very small 2l 4 cylinder motor trying to run 4 turbos.
