cant trust eBay stuff or people you don't know ',,
I'm big enough to admit "i got scammed"

But i got some time so let me rant for a while

obviously i don't"believe everything i read" i trusted in ebays system of feedback and security etc.

not everybody is knowledgeable and up to date on what is or what isn't nismo,,i just wanted some cool lights and went with the item description and assumed that if he is on eBay he must be legit.Obvoiusly i made the wrong assumption and as i stated above I'm big enough to admit i got scammed

for example
i know allot of Montreal telemarketers who daily scam people out of their money,,its legal and they don't lie,just mislead you,,but its still wrong.

They even tape the call so when you try to get your money back they laugh.Not even your credit card company can help you.

wrong is wrong and a lie is a lie,,how can he possibly defend they guy who sold them to me??,,It seems to me as if he is saying the same thing as the telemarketers,,"you fell for it and its your problemm"

it doest justify taking a persons cash and making false claims, besides being illegal


just because a consumer is uniformed doesn't mean they deserve , or give someone the right to scam them.

The average Montreal telemarketers defense is this; "if you are stupid enough or greedy enough to fall for "the pitch" then you deserve be scammed."

(the pitch is the book/script they read from. They sell pens,oil,art.stock,vacations,Ramadaplaza etc.)

and then secondly he states that i am an idiot,,,strange i don't remember meeting him,,,hes basing this on my being scammed?
Pretty sure smarter people than him or me have been scammed before

For the record my gpa was 3.78 out of a possible 4 at McGill University
