Arrow VR-4 rotors with R33 calipers?!

So, I have been searching for R33 rotors 296mmX30mm and its getting to be a pain in the booootay! Throughout my searching I have found that VR-4 rotors are the same size but, the height and center hole are not the same size. I don't know the difference in size for the height but, the center hole is 1mm bigger on the VR-4 rotors. Just wanted to know if anyone knows if this has been done before and if 1mm is a big difference(seems like it would be...no rotor=fail).

Also, maybe if anyone knows where i can get the R33 rotors or if any other rotors will fit. Thanks!
