I haven't checked all the entries but I just want to know what you guys think.
I'm planning on rebuilding my 126k KA24DE before I get a turbo. I just want to know which companies make good piston sets and what other parts would be recommended for the rebuilding process.
I assumed the valves, springs, lifters, rods, and pistons pretty much covered the parts needed. Let me know if I missed anything.
Also I recently heard a guy talk about forged pistons, would that definitely be the way to go, and what's the benefit of them?
