300zx brake clearence

Im looking tog et some wheels but i need to know what size and offset to buy because i have the 300zx brake upgrade up front. help anyone?

brake clearance is more based on wheel & spoke design, rather than offset

for instance those 16x8+20 rota grids do not clear zbrakes
while stock se wheels 16x6.5 +40(?) do

just find wheels that you like that are known to clear. you'll be good to go

in the man time stock 5 spoke 5 lug SE wheels are known to clean and will get you around while you find ones you want/ add spacers to get the setup you want and make it clear.

i didnt do the 5 lug swap!! lol i know i know but thats the way im got the car. im actually selling the work vs wheels off my car and want to get some other ones right now. So what are you guys runnin on the 4 lug set up with z brakes?

kill two birds with one stone...

most 4 lug wheels have too high an offset to look and fit right, and you might need spacers to clear Z brakes. just find some wheels you like and add a spacer.
