wtf. i watched a cop knee a guys head into the curb a few days for resisting.

I am confident that a backhand to the face and a headlock is enough to keep an 11 year old in check.

we have no idea how far away the cop was or how much time he had before the other kid was pushed into traffic

any tasing a kid is damn funnier

she didn't use the taser until after she got punched.

Though i guess a taser is better than the kick in the heart i'd probably have given the kid.
