Z32 TT diff is too large (it's actually an R230V? I think) but the NA diff will work either by changing the output shafts to 240SX ones (hard as hell to find) or using pre-95 J30 axles. It's also the same ratio as stock.

S14 diff needs the rear half of the carrier changed out with the S13 one (forget what the piece is called, it's the part that attaches to the subframe). Reason for this is on the S14 it's aluminum, and attached with bushings in between the carrier and subframe; on S13 it's bolted directly, and if you use the S14 carrier with aluminum rear half bolted directly to the subframe, the stress will cause it to crack. Other than that, it fits right in.

S13 VLSD will bolt in no changes required, it's found on all HICAS-equipped cars and a few non-HICAS (was an option on 91+).

Note that if the LSD you get is off an ABS car you will need a shorter driveshaft - either one for an ABS-equipped S13 or a custom-made piece.

More info in the VLSD FAQ
