s14 White faced gauges?

I test drove a 97 LE today and it had white faced gauges. I looked at several other 97's and 98's that didn't have them. Am I missing something or have bad info? I'm in the market for a 97/98 and I want one with white gauges. Plz help. Thanks

Kyle

That's what I thought too, but on Autotrader, there were some "97" and "98" 240's that did not have them. Were they lying about the year or what? I can't tell the difference betweent the 95/96 and the 97/98. I heard Nissan changed the headlights, but that's all I know. Thanks in advance.

SE and LE models of all cars 1995-1998 had white faced gauges. Base models of all cars 1995-1998 had black gauges.

Kyle
youll notice 2 major changes
97-98 have headlights some call them angry eyes using a projector beam as primary lens also the rear lamps have a line ripple effect , pretty noticable

95-96 have round headlamp, pretty basic as those found on say an old maxima

also the gauges on the 97-98 tach and speedo will be separate, 95-96 will be over lapping one another, i too lazy to find pics now, sorry
