The Buick Dark Crimson Metallic is so ill. You have to see it in person (like most colors). It's more red in this pic then it is in person. It's more of a black-ish with highlights of red.

I have a paint question and since this is a paint thread I thought I would ask it here.
![]() Is a gallon of paint enough to do the outside/inside/engine bay of an S13 hatch? |

That should be plenty most base coats mix 1:1 so you'll end with 2 sprayable gallons. If your changing color i would recommend a sealer to get everything the same color.

For comparison: ![]() Tungsten Pearl - 1G1 Ultrasonic Blue Mica - 8U1 And one for good measure. The color is called Bamboo Pearl - 6T1. The photo doesn't do it justice. The color definitely has grown on me. Last edited by Chaws15; 04-29-2008 at 05:02 PM.. |

that photoshop is terrible anyways, you can still see chunks of red all over the car where he missed.
and ive been holding out on this color because i wanted to keep it a secret, plus i cant find any good pics, shoulda taken a couple at the philly auto show of this cayanne with it...but since im not gonna go with it any more. porsche dark olive metallic - M6X/7G ![]() and another cool color is the Mini - Hot Chocolate..its really metallicy in real life and kinda looks nothing like the picture here, but it gives you the general idea. ![]()
