Car Choking

Hey guys, need some help once again. Its a 91 240sx ka24de

i just recently replaced my whole fuel assembly, including the fuel pump.

Now im having problems with idling. The car idles very high around 1k and once it goes lower then that, it starts choking like its searching for fuel. I have the hold the peddle down and rev it up to 3-4k for a min before everything starts idling properly.

and when it get the car going and when i step on the peddle fast, it starts choking the car back and forth, i have to slowly rev up to avoid it.

im 100% sure the fuel pump is working properly, but is it possible that a clogged up fuel filter? is restricting fuel to the engine?

Thanks in advance
