im not sure if it will work the same on an s14 but this is what my old 240 looked like with that installed. i just got a longer bolt on the intake mani and bolted it down, worked great

Do you have a larger or close up picture?
What kind of cold air intake is that? Looks clean.

i dont have any more pics but it bolts right up to the intake mani right on the same bracket as the throttle cable from what i recall. i made that intake myself accually, goes down into the wheel well and whatnot
