IceTekGuy is looking at his seat belt controller. The ECU IS IN THE KICK PANEL. It will have about 40-50 brightly colored wires running to it, have a blue "cap" in the middle and the ecu it's self is a metal box about the size of a small book. |

Happens to me all the time too. I forget that I have my lap belt on and make an attempt at leaving the car. Ever been hit in the head by the seatbelt thingy when getting out? Now, that hurts!
