Welds need to be more complete and they need to be hotter.

Some of those welds too cold. Which may lead to cracking.
Refering to second picture from the bottom.

The welds on the mounting portion look to cold and not enough penetration.

Not trying to shit on you but but you should make sure the welds are done properly.

believe me the welds are plenty hot and have a ton of penetration, have you ever welded tubing before?

Thanks for all the comments on the product. I love the brace myself really makes a ton of difference.

Yea the back mounting points are there if you have an S13, just covered by a rubber plug.

Welds look good to me. HAZ is uniform and at least as big as you'd expect given the thickness of the tubing he's likely using.
