I just recently put a intake on my 92' 240 sx. Just take the stock plastic intake tube off and follow the bends. I had a guy at a muffler shop bend mine and it worked out great. They were crush bends but are'nt very restrictive at all. I put the nipple in myself but the pipe cost me $25.00. 2.5 in pipe works pretty well. I painted mine, looks just like the AEM without special fittings and ofcourse the logo.
