you didnt torque down your lugs correctly. Almost happened to my friends 335i. Before that happened he stopped and saw his tire was at a 30 degree angle lol. Needless to say, thats the last time he went to big-o tires.
Anyhow, if your using aftermarket wheels, and a spacer, then its possible your nuts didnt have enough tread to hold onto correctly. If so A. Lose the spacers, B: get longer lug nuts. Edit: Jus tread that last post. Well, the new coilovers could be causing your tire to lean agains something, so even though you THOUGHT the lugs were tight, they were actually loose, and couldnt be tightened anymore.
