Unhappy Clutch help?

I think either my clutch is fried or there's something else that's wrong. Two nights ago, I was driving home at like 5 in the morning. There was nothing wrong at the time. That same morning I had to go to work at 7 am . I started my car and let it warm up. After about 10 min., I started to leave to go to work. I attempted to put it in reverse, but it wasn't going in. So, I kind of forced it in and it grinded. I took it out of reverse and tried putting it in the other gears. The weren't getting in there. I had to press the clutch a couple times before it would go in smoothly (the shifter getting in gear). I thought nothing of it and went to work. When I was leaving work to go home, it was doing the same things again (not getting in gear as if I was trying to shift without pressing the clutch). I got home and I started to feel a bit concerned. So when I started my car again to go somewhere, the clutch was light as a fuc**** feather. There was like NO resistance at all. Oh yeah, I can't put it in gear anymore because I'm pretty sure the clutch isn't engaging with the flywheel. So, what do you guys think? Sorry for such a long post.
