The wave washer (spring) could be messed up down where the fulcrum ball sits in the tranny case. You'll have to take apart some things to check that...

Your shift fork could be bent/binding/ready to break. Not sure. I would get this checked out professionally. Also, if the clutch is not fully disengaging (like if your slave cylinder is bad), all sorts of weird shifting problems can occur.
