Aha!! Found out what code 83 is!
for any of you who had code 83 flashing, i read in the FSM it was something like the Manifiold Pressure crap
well anyways it doesnt affect the performance of the engine, its just for diagnostic purposes... just thought id fill everyone in bc i was frustrated when i couldnt find 83 anywhere on the search
