LOL!! I'm telling you G! When they announced him as I coach I was like "what?" He did nothing for the Raiders, 'Skins or anywhere else. What were they thinking getting rid of Shotty? Not a good move...

Redskins and Raiders....must I say more?

He had NO control of his teams due to previous owners wanted all control. Norv was a GENIUS on the Cowboys as OC and is probably the smartest offensive mind in the NFL. If he lets AJ do his job and Teddy Cotrell do his job then the Chargers will be fine.
