Um, no. You must be a fucking moron. The canister does not ever filter raw fuel. The canister is used to dispose of vapors in the tank, nothing more. There is nowhere near enough vacuum from the engine to actually pull fluid from the tank into the intake manifold, and there's a check valve off the tank that keeps fluid from going through anyway.
OBD-II cars do not use a basic vacuum canister, nor is it dependent solely on vacuum, it's controlled by other inputs from various sensors to the ECU, and then to the canister's purge solenoid. Read an FSM and get your head out of your ass.
