i torched a brown recluse in the sink yesterday. basement sink is metal, so i sprayed it with lighter fluid and let it burn for a while.
oh, and by the way, that particular spider you torched is completely harmless. i'd love to have YOUR spider "problems". look up "brown recluse bite" on google images. here's one i caught in my kitchen.
