where to mount chains to pull engine out

dang. im reviving this old thread after trying to search for answers but couldn't come up with much.. ok. im about to pull my engine out. i got all the tools and put together the engine hoist i bought from kragens yesterday night.. but where do i mount th chain? my fsm has the worst description on how to remove an engine. its like a short list. my dad said there should be a few bolt holes on the engine block where i can screw in a bolt with a washer and the chain to it but i cant seem to find it.. can i just wrap like 20 foot of chain around the whole block and hope it is secure enough to not drop on my foot or my engine bay and damage the frame? how much chain do i need to buy?

my initial plan is to buy 20 feet of chain to wrap around the block since i dont know where the hell those two bolt holes are.. i see aceinahole's pictures of him pulling the engine out but i can't tell for sure where he bolted the chains up. and he's pulling a ka24de and mines a ka24e. help!
