For 400 hp you'd probably be good with a drop in Poncam and 740cc injectors if you want to go the Tomei route. It's good stuff, and the Poncams will let you keep your stock valve springs so your VTC gear has a chance to live a decent life.

if i am gg for ard 370 - 400hp at wheels (maybe pushing it higher later part)
Turbo (which one shld i get?) if i am gg for Garrett (GT2871 .64 / GT2871.86 / GT3037/71?)
will it lag?
Injector (which one shld i get?)if i am gg for Tomei
Cams (which one shld i get?) if i am gg for Tomei
