One thing we've learned from SEMA over the past few years is that no car is safe from excessively large wheels. With the Nissan GT-R currently being perhaps the hottest sports car on the market, it was inevitable that we would see one rolling with huge rims. As it happened, we hadn't even entered the building before we spotted this GT-R among the DUB group of cars with blingy "superchrome" 23-inch rims. The rims are part of a kit from Branew, which also offers a body kit and center exhaust kit. It looks like there's still room in the wheel well, so we'll be on the look out for the first company to stuff 24-inchers onto the GT-R.

To each his own I guess. Sometimes you should leave well enough alone.. that or get some rims with class. BBS comes to mind. Aren't they already making wheels for the GTR?

The white GTR looks great but it'd look better w/o the huge ass decal on it more over, it comes with 20's stock so 3 more inches won't hurt they aren't claiming to be the best in performance or anything of the sort, everyone has opinions.

that pic is from the owners manual and last I heard aftermarket wheels DO void the warranty

What? No. Its was a picture that was drawn after Nissan made it known that it didn't want people making tacky modifications to the GTR that weren't going to hinder its performance.

Also, the only reason why that GTR may look good to some people is because of the paint (that doesn't seem like the stock white).

but overall it wasa pretty awesome show. the amount of huge wheels on cars was ridiculous
