Yupp, looks "black" to me.
I don't think anybody said the guy was African American. He just said black, which typically denotes skin tone, not necessarily race or the person's country of origin.

Some Puerto Ricans look hispanic, some look black. Its an easy mistake to make. I don't see why people get so butthurt about that shit. lol
