ill be there , wont have my car at the meet till next tuesday but ill be there...... oh and everyone who can come plz do come im trying to convince my friend to join the club lol and the more people and sic cars that show, the better chance he will buy a 240 or a z and not a gti or some other garbage car =)

Just Got home be there next week! Does any body want to buy a set of 350 z rims & tires ? 350 obo? and also any body know where to get a paint job? Fuck earl shitty's they want extra just to spray the sides, rears and front lip seperatly and charge 150.00 just spary them off the car!! aint' that some bullshit!! so if you know of a place Holla at me.

Made it home just fine; although driving with 325+ pounds in the back of my car made me never want to put major audio equipment in the back of my car. EVER.

Now all I need is a ka24de head and I am stripping this engine down to be my smog passer.

The 13th? Later that night I have a company work party that I need to be all dolled up for; but I think Alex and I can swing it if we start early in the morning.

What kind of tools do you have? I am assuming you have the basic wrenches, jacks, stands and a decent place to do this.

I'll pick up the spring compressor from harbor freight this weekend.

theres a possiblity on the 16th that i will be there with the esco crew hopefully all of us esco people will be down on that day and hopefully will see some new and old faces at the meet...i know that nick misses the esco folks haha

well i got my car back finaly !!!! the drive back sucked lol so ill have the beast there on tuesday the 9th ....... oh and shittyest part about the drive home is my map sensor went bad and my ignightor is also going bad so my car is running kinda shitty right now, the good new is it will all be fixed on thursday !!!!

Hey. Not sure where else to post this, but I'm a new guy in town.

Right now driving around my daily driver which is completely stock, still with a Utah license and Utah plates... if i brought my Nissan down from Utah so I had something fun to drive, would I get harassed by cops even with Utah tags/dl?

built SR, GT28R, full race mani w/ external waste gate, JIC FLT-A2's, z32 brakes, 16x8.5 k1's, lots more, all built myself. I didn't drive it on the street much back home, but it's fully registered. Interior is completely stripped out, I was mostly using it as my track car at Miller Motorsports Park... but now that I'm living here, with great weather all the time I really want to bring it down.

Thoughts? Anywhere to really use a car around here? Track/Autox? I'm not so much into drifting... Sorry for the new guy questions.

If you're high-shifting, revving at lights, or weaving through freeway traffic on a regular basis you'll probably get hassled. If you play it cool and pick your spots to enjoy the car you should be okay. I have Montana plates on my S14 and haven't been pulled over or followed yet, and cops are all over my area. It's more how you drive than the plates you display.

But with that said, you will get a fatty ticket if you admit to residing in California and keeping your vehicle regged out-of-state. You're supposed to transfer everything over (including your driver's license) after 10 days I think. If you still have a Utah driver's license, you could play tourist but if you get a ticket and they pull you over again later on, I think they'd catch on pretty fast.

hay guise check out my new S13. I got it for 800 bucks. 1989 168k auto. Runs kinda going to change the tranny fluid tomorrow and check sensors, wasn't idling properly at first but fixed that. Anyone have an S13 Auto ECU they can sell me? Also hey Andrew don't forget those tires.
