C* is what I want. I don't know how to reaf Farenheit.

I've got oil temp meter already..and pressure for that matter.

again, I have no idea where the stock Coolant sensor is... and I really don't know what a 5 prong relay is or what to do with it.

stock coolant sensor is on the intake manifold in the front

you're going to tap into the wire that runs to your ecu (from coolant sensor)

then, you wire the trigger wire (from fan controller) to the relay to switch on your fan. for relay wiring, just search for any basic e-fan install

pertty simple....
