I was just wondering what all of you guys are running suspension wise for your 240's. I have a 91 240 and am debating right now on which path I should take. I'm deciding if I should buy an aftermarket shock/spring setup or a coilover system. Maybe after looking at your setups, I'll get a better idea at what I want.

I don't have a lot of money, so right now I'm looking into the KYB AGX and an aftermarket spring. The spring of choice right now is H&R or B&G. I'm looking for a stiff spring. What are your opinions on these? The H&R lowers the car about 1.3 in. while the B&G about 1.5 in. Would this be a good lowering rate?

i have tokiko struts. i've heard that the best of the best is actually the konig yellow adjustables, but they will cost you a pretty penny.

I have seen one site that lists the different spring rates for the different systems. What do you guys think: stiffer springs-->less body roll or not so stiff springs-->better ride?

I would tackle it like this: not so stiff springs with bigger ARB to increase roll stiffness.

Hey West you wouldn't happen to have the 5 zigen r-rate springs stashed away do you? I wanted to get a hold of those springs becuase I heard they were really good, but I can't get a hold of them. Iheard they stopped marketing them here, but is there anyway I can get a set?

What benefit are the rear adjustable pillow balls. With the rear suspension setup of the 240, they can't possibly affect camber, since the shock is mounted to the lower a-arm and not the spindle, and the upper a-arm plus the camber link fix the spindle in 3 places. The only possible benefit I see is on a seriously lowed car, bringing the shock angle back in line. May be a stupid question, but I'm curious.
