My guess: they'll fit (if the wheels clear).
Pretty sure we'll have to guess for now, since no one here has an 04 Spec V (or do they???). I've heard of Maximas using z32 brakes, so you can't say FWD and RWD caliper brackets are different. The interesting thing, though.... is that large diameter 4 lug rotors will be "more" available.
