lol. its a pretty hillbilly city, if you ask me. theres some nice houses there though. its country though. like, houses on 10+ acres. decent area. but i wont be venturing that way anytime soon. only time i went there was to pick up my CF trunk from a dude (who if i remember correctly, was banned twice by phlip, rofl).
