I have a full set of Racing Harts that have been professionaly powder coated black. I'm not sure of what model Racing Harts they are because I bought them from a friend a long time ago. All the specs are in the title. The wheels have tires on them but only 2 of them have enough tread to drive on. Two are Kuhmo Ecsta ASX with ~25% tread and the other two are Kuhmo Ecsta 711 that are pretty much bald. The finish on the wheels are beautiful and have never touched a curb.
