Check you're warranty book (rear section of the owners manual) Some (maybe all) of the s13's had a lifetime warranty on the seatbelts. If so, just take it in to Nissan and they are required to repair it. You just may need to provide the documentation. Or just pick up a set of the s14 manuals and get rid of the annoying auto's.

Take the panel off so you can see the belt motor.
It is located above the floor, just behind the drivers or passenger seat depending on the side. there is a spot for a allen wrench in the middle of it. Were it spools together. you put the allen head in there and turn it till the seat belt is all the way to where you want it. If the motor goes on and off, you can unplug it. that would be done on the side of the motor. you will see it. The reset the belt back to the driving position and you are all good. Put the panel back on. You just have to click on your lap belt AND the shoulder belt now. Its cool though, thats how my belt has been for months ![]() |

yeah.
probably counter clockwise. Its easier to turn it if you kind of push the belt thing back at the same time. Take some of the tension off ![]() you know, just easing the tension.... |
