I've never had personal experience with Megan but as you probably already read/heard they're not highly regarded. I use SPL...

I'd get rear upper arms and toe rods before considering getting traction.

What is the purpose of the car?
Daily driver that will eventually see local autocross events. Reason for the RUCAs and such is to correct my camber and toe and such caused by lowering the car.

Your thread is loaded. There are many things going on.

Other than the 3 direct questions you asked, do you want to hear any other advice on finances and autocross setup?

lol no. I figured it would be better to load than start a bunch of threads. Yes, I realize car's aren't a good investment blah blah blah...

As far as autocross advice, I don't need any yet because it will go right over my head until I have a chance to experience it.

what coils are you getting?

what wheels do you currently have?

how much camber do will you be running?

you can run a decent amount of negative camber on the stock arms, just to let you know. I remember someone telling me duffman's S14 was on stock arms.. I doubt his toe in the rear is close to 0 but it can be done.

K-Sport Kontrol Pro. Already on the car. I love the way they ride, and every hater out there that says they suck without having any first hand experience can get deez nutz.

5Zigen FN01R-C, 17x8 front, 17x9 rear. I think they're +35 all the way around. I can't tell, and the guy I got them from is pretty much useless cause he can't remember. Needless to say, I had to run spacers to clear the coilovers. They're 10mm slip-on type and that doesn't fly with me cause 1) they're slip-ons, 2) I have less thread engagement than I feel safe with. I'm upping the spacers to 15mm KICS in the front, (maybe)20mm KICS in the rear... bolt-on of course...
EDIT: The more I think of it, I might want the 20's up front, 15's in the rear. I dunno. I'll play with them.

I'll be running as close to stock camber as possible until I get into running the car in small autox meets.

The car is gonna be lowered about 2" (rough guess) in the front, maybe 1.75" in the rear, to give it a decent stance just slightly raked. How would I know if I need to get RUCAs? I'm gonna have a decent shop do an initial four wheel alignment to get rid of my current issues and use that as a baseline for any further tweaking.
