yea like i said its real real real fuckin easy the bolts that hold it on come out from the tranny side and yes they go thru the gasket if you pull out the wrong bolt then put it back in its not gonna hurt anything if you take out 1 wrong bolt. If you found 1 that holds the starter on then look at the bolt either above or below that one and your done.

Ok, so loosening this bolt will not cause you to have to replace the gasket?? I've heard sometimes when you take the pressure off of a seal or gasket its shot and doesn't seal back properly. The bolt I see is at the top left of the starter I think.
