ACTUALLY, you are 100% wrong. Waiters do not have to be paid minimum wage, and most don't for that matter. Tips bring their wages up to minimum wage, and it's the customer's responsibility to pay for the service. Now, it's understandable that you will not pay for service that was not worth paying for, but dont act like the only time you should ever tip is when the service is above average.
