Tranny grinding after redline MT90 GL4

my car: s13 with redtop SR20DET
i have done the research and i know that sr20 5 speed uses GL4. also everyone prefer redline MT90 75w-90. therefore, when i m changing my diff fluid, i bought my redline MT90 75w 90 GL4. put it in, and now its much harder to shift!!!! what the hell is going on? it almost like not pressing the clutch far enough. so i adjusted the pedal, didnt work. now i have to wait a little between shift. if i shift too fast, it will grind sometimes.
i bought the car with the SR swap and it was shifting smoothly. didnt know what fluid it was.
now i m stuck. i dont no what to do because i already put the right fluid.

ALSO, i have done a clutch job on my friend's smooth shifting KA recently and put GL4/GL5 capable oil after. it did the same as my SR. hard shifting and if force it to shift fast, grind.
PLEASE HELP! i m scared to change tranny fluid now.
