id say report it to the mods first, they may also tell you to describe your situation, and post it, ecspeccially if the person is stillbuying/selling items. we have all seen the " do not buy from XXXXXXXX" threads.

problems arise buying and selling parts.most are honest mistakes, shipping CAN take longer than figured, things of that nature. most of these can be solved privately, speak to to the mods first, and try to handle things privately. if not, blast away

well, he's not actually buying/selling things publicly however, he is soon to start his own website to sell parts. Id love to ruin it since he ripped me off.

my situation:
paid $50 for parts
he says he'll ship it
hasn't replied to my emails the past 3 weeks

Do you have a name and a mailing address? If so, you can look up his phone number here:

http://www.anywho.com/

I've done that before with bad sellers, and I can tell you that they're always VERY surprised when they answer the phone and it's me, grilling them about where the f*** my are my parts?

It's very, very easy to ignore emails. Not so easy to ignore a real person on the other end of the line.

tread lightly and think about what you are going to do before you do it.
Before you try to ruin him, make sure that he has done everything in his and your power to mediate the issue.
if it is found to be the fault of an uncontrollable condition such as delivery or maybe he is having personal probs, and he can prove it (assuming that you have unwittingly made your comments about him in attempts to ruin him), you could be liable for lible/slander which can be disastrous.

i am not intentionally trying to be the devils advocate, just saving you some heartache assuming that both of you know who each other (or will) is.

This sounds a lot like me, but I don't sell anything that's $50... Maybe it's late and I'm delusional. I hope it's not me... If it is, then my AIM and ICQ are in my profile. It's hard for me to keep straight all the real names and sign names on here and FA and whatever, so frankly I have no idea who you are or whether I've even talked to you before unless I have a real name. Also something to consider is that I get a lot of Zilvia e-mail delivered to my junkmail box because of the semi-anonymous routing. I have to fish stuff out of there, and I hope I don't miss anything. Then again, I just hope it isn't me. Dang it, now I'm really confused.

Anyways, if it's not me, then here are some of the random crap things that happen to hinder communication. If it IS me, then please get in touch with me and let me rectify the situation. Getting more and more confused by the second...

Agh. Are you in Hawaii? I have 425 PM's on FA alone... I think I found you but that was ages ago inquiring about GP Sports bodywork.

Well sh!t. Your ambiguous-a$s post and it's 4am, of course I'm babbling. I just made a Uras order last week. If you want it soon, I'll see if I can sneak it in, but I doubt it. Next order in a couple of weeks. BTW, Uras patches and carbon gas lid cover are discontinued. If you guys can find them, GET THEM. I have one gas cover that I'm not letting go of, but I think I can get the Vertex ones which are the same (speedalliance?). I will KILL for the patches. I might try and get some made up in the US. I guess they would officially be knockoffs (ewww...), but I'd make sure they were awesome and only to continue Uras supply. Sh!t I might just ask them for permission. Ok now I'm really babbling...

BTW, try not to freak me out like that anymore. I'm trying to have a mid-life crisis at 26, not die. That would mean I had my mid-life crisis at age 13 (granted that junior high DID suck...)

In the past hour, I have:
1) Searched 425 FA PM's
2) your entire Zilvia post history
3) 179 e-mails (this is why I ALWAYS as people to e-mail me)
4) 3 months of Paypal account #1
5) 3 months of Paypal account #2 (which my dumba$s partner still uses to buy and sell basketball cards so I had to sift through all of his sh!t...)
6) 3 months of bank account transfers
7) my inventory/price lists of just about every brand I carry looking for a damned $50 part that I know I don't sell...
8) Zilvia PM even though it doesn't work for me

I'm going to bed.
