the dummy light is good for when youve just dropped in a built motor and before you fire it up you want to make sure you build oil pressure, but beyond that its useless. my motor blew before the oil light even came on.
invest in a good aftermarket guage (full sweep electrical is nice) and ditch the oem piece

i have an aftermarket guage and i went to home depot to try and find an adapter lol the sensor is 1/4 compression thread where can i get an adapter :/
