did the sr20 into s13 swap about six months ago, speedometer still doesn't work, any suggestions?

unstable hybrids did the wiring, the speedometer worked before the swap, all the other gauges work except this one

i assume everyone's speedometer works great and has never malfunctioned, hmmmm...just playing around, but seriously, i am going to JAX in a week and w/o a speedo, i'll probably get pulled, please help
