It'll roll up and down freely between all the way up and 2" down. Then it just stops dead like it's at the bottom of travel.

I took off the door panel, but I can't find anything inside the door that would cause this... no bind, it just, stops!

This is ****ING ME OFF

Have you checked the tracking?
