TCU it is. mine did the same thing. open up the kick panel. unscrew and unplug the little white box.

use a knife or screw driver to upen up the top and pull out the circuit board.

you'll most likely see a burned out circuit. all i did was solder a wire in place of the burned out circuit haha

ok i looked at the TCU and pulled it out... everything looked good.....i pulled my friends and tried it on his car....it worked....any other ideas ?
