Just as I got home(thank God) my lower rad hose came loose and I noticed my hose clamp wasn't tighten down properly so all the fluid in my rad came out. My question is, could air have possibly entered the system? I was just going to put the hose back on and tighten it down and add more fluid.

It could've but litttle by little it will just flush out..

Piece of shit hose clamp. Are t-bolt clamps alright to use on rad hoses?

No it won't, not unless you properly bleed it. How would air escape from a sealed system?

Tighten the clamp, add fluid, take bleeder screw out and run car till fluid comes out. Put screw back in and you're done.
