I'm currently studying in Japan for a few months and was wondering if anyone knew any shops I could go to for used parts. It sounds like it's much easier for those people living down south but I'm up in Sendai. I've been lucky enough to find up garage, yellow hat, and autobacs but I'm trying to find more stores with used parts such as turbos and lsd's. Any help would be great. Thanks.

i had a long thing writen for you, but my AOL cut me off...

go to the upgarage website (http://www.upgarage.com/index.html) and see if their are other shops near you. If not, go back to the one you went to and ask them. Junk yards are good too. I wish I could help you out more but most of the guys I know live in the south from Hachioji (tokyo area) down to Fukuoka...not up north where you are. If you can get to R16, you can drive down to Hachioji (Yokota AFB) and find places there. Carezza, UpGarage, Parts Off, KSP, JUN, and a few junk yards are all down with in a few miles of each other.
