OP mentioned his Stock S13 Crank pulley. We are talking about Aluminum accessory pulley replacements.

He is talking about the cranky pulley in that article. Removing the Harmonic Damper and under driving the accessory's. All through the crank pulley. I see no mention of any other pulleys but the crank. It also can be said that he is talking exclusively about the E36 BMW.

We are talking about replacing the steel accessory pulleys with aluminum parts that are the same dimensions. But it really doesn't matter cause they have nothing to do with crankshaft harmonics.

My point is just cause you see an article on A pulley. Do not think it applies to every pulley on the engine.
