FC Style Hood - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

I was lookin around on all the normal 240 sites last night (autoimaging, raretrick, jspec, etc.) too see if I could find a hood for the fastbacks thats similar to the 2nd gen. RX7s, but I couldnt seem to find any. Anyone have any ideas of where I could look?

oh no not these threads again

why the f*ck would you want ahood scoop like that will will face forward. unless you doing a top mount intercooler on top of your valve cover, your wasting your money! thre's no point of having it there.

haha, yea yea i know its a waste of money, i dunno...its just not something you see very often, and itd be kinda different. i never said i was definitely getting one, just entertaining the idea of how easy it would be.

ist easy to do. have ot fab your own, im sur eyou can use a impreza or fc aftermarket type and put it on.

just youll be a ricer and look like an idiot, but if your into that sorta thing..go for it

otherwise, its pointless!

ok, thats all i wanted to know, and i dunno about you, but i havent seen too many neon green civics with forward facing hood scoops. anyway, i know it serves no purpose, and i never said im planning on doing it. just something that came to mind...nothing more

haha yea ok man. when i get bored i just look around on the internet, and it just so happened i was looking at RX7s (my friend owns one), and its kinda obvious that the FCs are similar looking in the front to s13s, so the idea of a FC style hood popped into my mind. just because i look at aston martins online doesnt mean i intend to buy one...just something to do
