Getting back to your hp range, you won't hit that high, 375 - 400, with the stock SR turbine. You'll need something a lot more beefy, something along the lines of a T04S/ R with a waste-gate. The Power FC will help get you around the rom tunes and help you tweak things a little but you won't see the power you want. You'll need the larger turbine setup. Once you do have that much power, you should also be a lot quicker on the track than 12's. You should be in the neighborhood of 9's or so. This is all from what I've helped make, seen done and have done myself.
