s13 tranny in a s14

So i got a 91 s13 5 speed tranny from a friend and by looking at it I can tell that the bell housing doesn't have the hole for the crank sensor. So my question is can i take the bell housing off of my auto and bolt it to the 5 speed so I can bang gears in this thing. Btw my car is a 95 s14.

You cannot put an auto bellhousing on a manual transmission. If you bothered to look at it you'd know that.

VSS plugs right in to any 89-98 transmission.

Exactly right again, Father Russ.

Drill the hole - it doesn't need to be exact, just close enough.

Make sure that the crank sensor does not hit the flywheel. We had to put a small shim under the sensor and then had no problems.
