Inner shiftter boot replacement

I need to replace the small inner shift boot so I was wondering how do I remove the plastic piece around the shifter?

you just pop off the top panel, then

get a knife and pull little thin plates of the screws, becareful not to brake them or you gonna have to be creative (i superglued my boot + c fold pins). after that look at how the factory boot is done, and should be a piece of cake.
