After watching Daigo play in person, I know now that I won't ever be tournament worthy

pssshhh... daigo didnt impress me with sf4. He barely got through with that dalsim fight... daigo either pushes the fights or play the distance. He use the same techniques; run up on you with that med punch or dip you or play the distance with hadukens.... run up on me and i will dip you all day with gief

But since you are pro, how far did you get in the tourney?

Ive only entered one tournament at gamestop. I made it to the second round but they didn't let me enter because I was 10mins late.. (the second round tournament was held about an hour away from my city)

Iyo (Dhalsim) is the #1 ranked player in japan currently. So obviously he wouldn't be a cakewalk for Daigo.

But maybe you know something everyone else didn't. Since his technique and skills are so simple.

I'm gonna have to agree. Gief's spd + lariat are a direct substitute for actual player skill. One of the easiest characters to pick up. I think too easy...to the point where I look down on Gief players.

Most important thing in fighting games is the execution. And Jwong has one of the best!

Yeah it still shows for rank, I guess there's really nothing you can do.

Blind selection is only for Championship mode.

Ranked/challenge mode still lets you see your opponents selection. Unless they chose random then it doesn't show.
