Just bored and browsing the net and came over these. What the hell are they and what are they used for???

those are like similar subframe spacers sold by Gregg Dupree, but those are Polyurethane.

check the GB section for them, CPARKPowertrix is having a GB on them or has a good set price.

Polyurethane Diff Craddle Bushings. They provide a stiffer setup for the differential. Less movement, better use of force or application. Absorbs unneeded vibration.
